The Ceramica-ART® non-stick surface is made from pulverized and refined sand and ceramic which is applied to the pans at high temperature to form a glass-like surface. The non-stick contains no PTFE, PFOA or petroleum components. Ceramica-ART® offers outstanding food release and durability and is highly heat tolerant and safe for food storage.
